The care I received here was pretty darn good! I have a bunch of medical stuff going on, some of which was relevant to my coming here. The receptionist, medical assistant, and nurse that I interacted with here were all Pleasant and capable in their roles. And Dawn? She deserves a prize; my first appointment with her was, like, extremely educational for me. Dawn took time and great care filling me in on what's going on with my pain and the proposed plan. I am very pleased with the care I got here.
I spoke with Dawn three times so far. Initial visit was to meet and great each other and for me to convey my issues. Dawn is very experienced and understood perfectly. Second time I saw her she was “hands on” in the procedure room. Preps me for injection and operated x-ray. Today was the third visit follow-up. All went well and Dawn is extremely knowledgeable on spinal problems and solutions . My sciatic pain is gone. For now
My visit with Dawn Tucker went extremely well. Her explanation of my procedure to receive a pain shot was very informative and thorough. Her concern for the treatment I was requesting was comforting. I left feeling confident my questions and concerns were addressed.

I had my first appointment in the Ormond Beach office on Friday My procedure was today Monday, with Dr Mascaro, in Port Orange My appointment was at 9:45AM I was signing paperwork at 9:44AM. My procedure was completed by 10:20am and I was on my way. The office staff was friendly and compassionate at both locations. The office itself was clean inviting, organized. This was my first time doing this procedure here, but I have had others at other locations. I would come back here again, and I would recommend others to come here. So far so good I can feel it working. Dr Mascaro explained everything before during and after! I would do it again tomorrow.
